I Love Oatmeal Cookies

Oatmeal cookies is good for breakfast or dessert. You don’t only enjoy eating oatmeal cookies because this is delicious but you will also gain health benefits at the same time. Oatmeal can help lower cholesterol which is good for cardiovascular health. It is also high in fiber and good source for vitamin E, iron and protein.

I love baking oatmeal cookies, why? Because my husband and my parents really like my oatmeal cookies. I remember one day, my hubby and I bought oatmeal cookies in one bakeshop at Binondo. While eating he said to me, "I like your oatmeal cookies a lot, your oatmeal cookies are much better than this". Wow that was nice to hear from my hubby, I am so flattered!

Since my parents also like my oatmeal cookies, I made oatmeal cake on their wedding anniversary. That was my first time to baked oatmeal cake and I'm glad I did it well.
