Seven Commandments of Good Health

1. Maintain a desirable body weight.

2. Eat a varied, balanced diet.

3. Eat more vegetables and fruits.

4. Have a high fiber diet - legumes. cereals, veggies and fruits.

5. Cut down on fat.

6. Cut down on alcoholic beverages and softdrinks.

7. Remove salt-cured, smoked and nitrite-preserved foods.
