Ingredients:
1 whole breast chicken, debone and cut into cubes
1 small can mushroom, cut into halves
1 teaspoon corn starch
1 teaspoon wine
2 tablespoons oil
2 pieces minced garlic
4 slices peeled ginger
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
3 dashes white pepper powder
Salt to taste
4 tablespoons water with 1 teaspoon corn starch (to thicken the sauce)
Procedure:
1. Marinate the chicken with wine and corn starch. Set aside for 15 minutes
2. Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, white pepper powder, salt to taste and water with corn starch. Set aside.
3. Heat up a frying pan and add oil. Saute ginger and garlic, add chicken until cooked.
4. Add mushroom and continue to stir fry.
5. Add the mixed sauce and do stirs until the sauce nicely coat the chicken and mushrooms.
6. Cook for 1-3 minutes and serve hot!
