glasses of water. But some people don’t like the taste of plain water,
so they drink soda instead. We all know that soda is bad for our health.
To enjoy drinking water, try to make fruit infused water.
It is easy and quick to prepare that anyone can do.
You will need:
1 lemon sliced
1/2 cucumber sliced
1 orange sliced
Add all the ingredients in a pitcher and let infuse for at least two hours.
Hydrate and energize your body by
drinking fruit infused water everyday.
