TOO MUCH LOVE WILL KILL YOU

Do you believe that too much love will kill you? Loving someone is not bad but loving someone too much is not good. Anything too much is probably bad for anyone.

How to know if you love the person too much?

1.       You spend every minute of your time with him/her and you have no time with your friends.
2.       Putting him/her on pedestal.
3.       Do everything to make him/her happy and forget the things that makes you happy
4.       Forget your dreams and focus on what he/she wants to achieve.

Loving too much will make you empty.

Just want to share this quote:

“Don’t trust too much, don’t love too much, don’t hope too much because that too much can hurt you so much”

Sininguelas

When I was a kid, me and my siblings love to eat sininguelas. It is a typical summer fruits here in the Philippines. It is also known as Spanish plum (Spondias purpurea). The siniguelas' skin is often green when unripe and turns yellow or purple when ripe. The fruits are often eaten ripe, with the skin.

Spondias purpurea is a species of flowering plant in the cashew family, Anacardiaceae , that is native to tropical regions of the Americas. It is most commonly known as Jocote, which derives from the Nahuatl word xocotl, meaning "fruit." Other common names include Red Mombin, Purple Mombin, Hog Plum, Sineguela, and Siriguela.

Small to medium-sizedt ree up to 25 feet tall. The leaves are deciduous in the short dry season, but only fall shortly before the new leaves develop; they are pinnate, with 7-23 leaflets, each leaflet 3–5 cm long and 1.5–2 cm broad. The flowers are small, reddish-purple, produced in large panicles. The fruit is an edible oval drupe, 3–5 cm long and 2-3.5 cm broad, ripening red (occasionally yellow) and containing a single large seed.
It is now widely cultivated in tropical regions throughout the world for its edible fruit, and is also naturalised in some areas, including the Philippines and Nigeria. Numerous cultivars have been selected for fruit quality. It is also abundant in Central America.

Dos Por Dos

Veteran radio reporters Gerry Baja and Anthony Taberna are both charming and funny but it doesn't end there. These two can be the deadliest in commentaries, capable of a blistering banter and clarifications on socio-political issues.

The first part of Dos Por Dos is a 15-minute newscast and the rest are filled with their sardonic views but humorous nonetheless.

If cartoons have Tom and Jerry and Pinoy comedy has Dolphy and Panchito, brace yourselves for DZMM’s equally witty and charming dynamic duo--Tunying and Gerry!

The tandem of veteran radio reporters and commentators Anthony “Tunying” Taberna and Gerry Baja anchor the dynamic news and commentary program titled Dos Por Dos. The said on-air partnership became a hit to its loyal followers because of the two’s relentless commentaries, blistering exchange of ideas and clarifications on various socio-political issues. In fact, the essence of their program is perfectly encapsulated in its battlecry: “Humahataw…Humahagupit! Lumalatay sa Komentaryo!” Their daring opinions on different issues are balanced with their contagious good humor and frequent sardonic views. The program also includes noteworthy sound bites of news personalities.

Aside from the their own views, Tunying and Gerry pay importance to the opinions of their “textmates and textpartners.” They invite their listeners and viewers to interact with them through SMS. Most are fond of sending their violent reactions to the never-ending political circus in the country and reading such feedback adds to the substance of the program.

Anthony Taberna

Name: Anthony Taberna
Born: January 16,1975

Radyo Patrol 28, Anthony Taberna, “Tunying” to his friends and colleagues, a proud son of Nueva Ecija, has already accomplished a lot in the broadcasting industry at the young age of 33.

He started young in the industry. Anthony was 17 years old and a Mass Communication sophomore at New Era University when he had the opportunity to work as a part-time news writer at DZEC, operated by Eagle Broa
dcasting Corporation. It was at this station that Anthony honed his journalistic skills and masterfully crafted his talent before a DZMM news manager took notice of him.

In 1997, Anthony transferred to DZMM after he was offered a slot with the Radyo Patrol reportorial group. As a reporter, he covered all the major beats – from Malacañang, to the Senate, House of Representatives, the Supreme Court to name a few.

In 2005, Anthony became the first recipient of the Best Radio Reporter award at the KBP Golden Dove. Indeed, this citation was well-deserved as he was the reporter who aired the content of the infamous Hello Garci recording – one of the most scandalous issues that hit our political scene in the past several years. This feat was followed by his reports from inside the San Carlos Seminary when Attorney Samuel Ong said to have had what he called the ‘mother of all tapes’, referring to the Hello Garci recording. He also proved his versatility when he gave a blow by blow account of Manny Pacquiao’s fight from ringside in Las Vegas.

Recognizing his talents, management tapped Anthony to anchor the developmental program, Ito ang Radyo Patrol, with his current on air partner, Gerry Baja. Together with Gerry, he then moved on to do Gising Pilipinas. It was while anchoring this program, Dos por Dos, a hard hitting program, was born. His incisive analysis of issues and hard-hitting commentary made Anthony a household name and also paved the way for a career on television via Magandang Umaga Pilipinas, which is now Umagang Kay Ganda.
